Introduction

Since 2005, we have been developing a purely Czech multichannel marketing platform with main focus on e-mail and SMS, which works on completely own and closed infrastructure (no cloud phase). We deliver our solution to B2C and B2B companies of different sizes and deliver their campaigns worldwide. Since the beginning, we are strongly focusing on deliverability, automation using all data, accurate reporting, cost optimization and achieving the best possible results. The company and the network have the best possible reputation and international prestige, which allowed us, as the only one from the available competition, to conclude unique contractual relationships with all key providers.

 

 

 

What we do differently

Vetting of new customers

We want to get to know you better before establishing cooperation and if we find that something is preventing us from doing so with regard to best-practice procedures, we will try to find solution together. If in some extreme cases, that won't work out, we are not afraid to turn down cooperation. By no means do we want to jeopardize our main competitive advantage, which stems from the best reputation of the company and its closed network. In addition, we operate one of the largest spam-trap networks in Central and especially Eastern Europe, where in combination with other available resources, we often know what to focus on.

From the beginning, we didn't want to compromise, rely on anyone else and settle for what everyone else was doing. That is why we have built a comprehensive solution, including our own infrastructure, so that we have everything under complete control in order to achieve the best possible reputation, gain very specific know-how and a premium position on the international market. Mailkit is not just a tool, but a completely complex organism.

In the case of Mailkit, however, it is a 100% comprehensive solution. We do not share your data with anyone, there are no other processors, and therefore our clients have certainty that no mistake can be made.

Deliverability

In general, this is a very comprehensive and demanding discipline. Thanks to our reputation and relationships with key providers, we offer best conditions for maximum possible deliverability. If a cloud solution was enough to do so, it would not make sense to build and maintain an own infrastructure.

Reporting

We operate on our own network and therefore we have all the RAW data about everything, where, when and how it happens, up to the level of each recipient in the database (our algorithm will show you what value each recipient has). We do not delete anything and the customer can work with the entire history of his account.

Engagement score

We have our own algorithm that long term evaluates the behavior of each recipient. This opens up the possibility of very sophisticated and strategic planning of other activities (segmentation, distribution interval, remarketing campaigns, etc.). It is often a crucial metric for marketers to evaluate the success of emailing and health of their database.

Quick, easy and inexpensive integration

You can quickly integrate Mailkit thanks to the data sources that any system can export (XML, JSON, CVS, SQL, Google Big Query) or if appropriate using API. Complete documentation and knowledge base is also freely available on our website.

Two types of accounts

Syndicate account where everyone sees everything and admins distribute access with different rights. Agency account where you can add/remove any number of self-separated Syndicate sub-accounts as needed and free of charge. This is ideal in case where you target more world markets, e-shops, etc.

Your data is safe

All data go through us from A to Z, so we do not share it with anyone at any stage of the whole process (no cloud service can ever allow you that). We meet the strictest security requirements of financial institutions and multinational entities and we have several ISO certificates (safety, quality, etc.).
